Operational Research Analyst
- To administer and develop the SharePoint portal Clinicalcloud
- Implement high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint and .Net Solutions using Net 3.5 Framework, ASP.net , AJAX and JavaScript
- Monitor migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs
- Design and implement database, development workflow, store procedures, & Triggers
- Code, test and implementing solutions in CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) and in a SharePoint environment-using ASP.NET, VB. NET, C#, Web services, WCF, SQL Server 2000/2005, XML, XSLT, Jquery and Crystal Reports XI
- Take directions from Management in implementing solutions.
- Engage in Unit Testing for all assigned deliverables, modeling the test cases as per the SDLC standards.
- Work from high level requirements through detailed specification, prototype, software deployment and administration
- Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement.
- Support providing relevant functional subject matter expertise, including: conducting research using SharePoint 2010 / C# ( ASP.NET) applications to create site collections on IIS ,depicting data for inserting into cloud ; Data repositories to use in analytic tasks (source citations,etc.) using familiarity with Clinical Research.
- Support study efforts by providing relevant functional subject matter expertise, such as: talking points, point papers, short fused responses; creating databases to use in major issue studies (source citations. etc.) using familiarity with Clinical research
- Test the environment by simulating the real time studies into the test environment.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware systems software applications software and all configurations
- Plan coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors in Operations Research, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics PLUS 5 years in the job offered or 5 years of progressive experience as a Data Analysis/Software developer/Software Engineer engaged in supporting analytical efforts in SharePoint and Dot Net Solutions using Net 3.5 Framework and 2 yrs. (w/5 years) of experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Web services, WCF, SQL Server 2000/2005, Crystal Reports XI in a SharePoint environment. Must pass a background check and a drug test.

Budget Analyst
- Develop clinical trial budgets and the related negotiations with sponsors or contract research organizations. Prepare project budget feasibility, analysis and presentations of agreement budget.
- Ensure that PRS’s value proposition is properly represented and valued in clinical trial budgets upon execution, during and upon study closure. Orchestrate budget project start-ups and close out, final budget reconciliation.
- Resolve budget issues between PRS and sponsors or contract research organizations while maintaining enduring relationships.
- Customize template and forms to collect data of operation from business accounts to generate financial reports for management.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses using knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Advanced Accounting principles, Advanced Excel formulas, databases, Macros, data pivoting, Quick Book financials, and Report, 365 SharePoint work-collaboration and financial report to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods.
- Review and execute clinical trial budget modifications as received from the clinical operations team.
- Consult with CEO to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.

- Ensure that the Clinical Cloud System accurately and clearly reflects budget parameters that are required for revenue recognition, billing, and collections; that budget parameters are entered promptly; and that the system continues to be effective, offering ideas for improvement when needed. Assist Accounting Department in budget set up and reconciliation.
- Promptly processing budget amendments, ensuring accurate assessment of the financial impact and successful negotiations with sponsors or contract research organizations.
- Support study efforts by providing relevant functional subject matter expertise, such as: talking points, point papers, short fused responses; creating databases to use in major issue studies (source citations. etc.) using familiarity with Clinical research
- Negotiate vendor agreements for services related to clinical trials, recognizing fair market value as the standard for determining rates.
- Ensure compliance with departmental processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Represent PRS in sponsor/CRO audits providing presentations, information, documents, and follow up as required.
- Developing, preparing, and delivering presentations when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS: Requirement: Masters in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance Plus three (3) months of experience in the job offered or (3) months of experience as a Project Manager engaged in developing budgets for clinical trials or healthcare related procedures using General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Advanced Accounting principles, and Advanced Excel formulas, databases, Macros, data pivoting, Quick Book financials. Also must have (3) months of experience in customizing templets/forms to collect data of operations in order to generate financial reports. Must pass a background check and a drug test.
